Rundesk is being developed by the Run Club Directory team. This notice covers the Rundesk launch-interest form.

If you tick the signup box, we store your email address, when you signed up, the source of your signup and the wording you agreed to. We use this information to let you know about the Rundesk launch and opportunities to try it with your club. Signing up does not create an account or add you to the Run Club Directory newsletter.

Your choice is optional. To withdraw your interest or ask us to correct or remove your details, email run@runclubdirectory.co.uk. Launch emails will include a way to unsubscribe.

The list is stored in our UK/EU database and is not published or sold. We keep it for the launch and early-access programme, then review whether we still need it. We also keep a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit automated signup attempts; raw IP addresses are not stored in this signup table.
